Foran Equine, together with Connolly’s RED MILLS and Carr & Day & Martin, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Irish Pony Society (IPS) as Title Sponsors for the 2026 season.
The partnership will support IPS members at every stage of their journey, from grassroots participation through to national and international competition, and reflects a shared commitment to horse welfare, rider education, performance, and the development of young riders and their ponies.
As part of the RED MILLS Group, the three brands provide a complete approach to horse wellbeing and performance. Foran Equine specialises in scientifically formulated supplements supporting horses from the stables of elite competitors to the yards of passionate owners.
Launching the Partnership
The sponsorship will officially launch on 1 April 2026 at the RDS Working Hunter Training Day at Mullingar Equestrian Centre. The Foran Equine team will be on site to offer practical guidance and advice on nutrition, wellbeing and competition preparation.
As part of the sponsorship, Foran Equine alongside Connolly’s RED MILLS and Carr & Day & Martin will provide in-kind prizes to each of the nine IPS area shows throughout the season. Additional prizes will also be awarded for the Best Turned Out Pony across all 25 Championships at the IPS Championship Show, taking place in Mullingar on 15–16 August 2026.
The partnership will also deliver an education-led programme, combining on-site support at events with digital content designed to help IPS members better understand equine nutrition, supplementation, grooming, and horse care throughout the competition season.
Educational content will be rolled out across the year, focusing on key seasonal topics including:
- Spring preparation and horse health
- Fuelling and recovery during peak competition
- Championship-level presentation and care
- End-of-season recovery and youngstock support
