After graduating from Hartpury University and studying equine science, Erin joined Connolly’s RED MILLS and Foran Equine in 2021. Erin is a key member of the technical team and specialises in customising diet plans and providing nutritional advice to our customers in Scotland and Northern England.

Erin has years of practical experience in the racing industry and a keen interest on how nutritional-related issues can affect the potential of equine athletes and performance. She also studied longitudinal risk factors of gastric ulcers in racehorses for her undergraduate dissertation. Her practical background combined with her nutritional knowledge drives her interest in performance nutrition and managing nutritional-related issues.
